Job summary

The Bama Companies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations at our FOODS facility in Tulsa. You will lead the Warehouse team under a One Bama lens, controlling direct costs and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, quality, sanitation, maintenance, and plant management to deliver reliable supply to customers while maintaining audit-ready records and strong team member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Business degree or 3–5 years' experience in Logistics / Warehousing.
• Strong computer skills and budget/measurements accountability.
• Comfort with leading teams and communicating across functions.
• Travel to customer locations when necessary.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Knowledge of transportation, supply chain, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations at FOODS.
• Lead the Warehouse team with a One Bama approach and cost control.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, rotated, and inventoried accurately.
• Work with operations, sales, quality, and maintenance to ensure supply.
• Maintain an audit-ready warehouse and safety standards.
