Job summary

The Bama Companies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead the Tulsa warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, cost control, and a safe, audit-ready facility. You will partner with operations, sales, quality, sanitation, and plant management to deliver reliable supply to customers and support a One Bama culture.

You will oversee inventory management, scheduling, and KPI-driven improvements, while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration and compliance with DOT/OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Business degree or 3–5 years' experience in Logistics/Warehousing.
• Strong computer skills and budget/measurements understanding.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations for FOODS. Lead Warehouse team with a One Bama lens.
• Control direct costs, meet customer expectations, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, distributed, rotated, and inventoried; maintain audit-ready warehouse.
