Job summary

Majors Management in Kentucky is seeking a Food Lead to oversee daily operations in our onsite location. You will ensure customer service standards, manage cash controls, and supervise team members under the Store Manager, while maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines.

This role involves stocking, rotating products, training staff, and assisting with ordering and inventory to keep food flow smooth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is desired.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Read, understand and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and computer/ POS skills.
• Follow cash control policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Obey company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Motivate sales associates to grow the store sales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques.
• Assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in store to meet company standards and guidelines.
• Replenishing food items as needed, maintaining the proper flow of food, tracking food inventory and assisting with the ordering of food service products.
