Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding sale of government regulated products and services.
• Obey safety guidelines for food preparation.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Motivate sales associates to grow store sales using suggestive selling.
• Assist store manager in hiring, developing, and training others.
• Replenish food items, manage inventory, and assist with ordering food service products.
• Other duties as assigned.
