Job summary

WestRock Coffee seeks a Label & Specification Specialist to manage product specification data and design customer-facing labels using Codesoft in a fast-paced food and beverage setting. You will govern document control and ensure alignment with R&D, FSQA, Operations, and Account Management to meet regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control or labeling within food/beverage.
• Knowledge of labeling regulations (FDA/USDA) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage product specification data and label design.
• Coordinate harmonization of specification formats across sites.
• Ensure labels meet regulatory requirements with FSQA input.
• Collaborate with R&D, FSQA, Operations, and Sales on labeling.
• Develop and monitor project plans for new launches and updates.
