Responsibilities

• Receives supply orders from vendors and verifies HACCP standards.
• Places food orders away using FIFO and labels with manufacture/receiving dates.
• Maintains storerooms, freezers, and coolers per HACCP and Life Safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops storerooms, freezers, and coolers three times per week.
• Ensures cooler racks and carts are clean and free of debris and mold.
• Assists cooks and retail areas with prep items.
• Demonstrates knowledge of fire safety per regulations and locates safety systems.
• Participates in inventory with Chefs for counting and recording supplies.
• Uses Safety Data Sheets and PPE correctly.
• Gathers and delivers floor stocks to outpatient areas as needed.
