GBMC HealthCare in Towson, MD seeks a dietary support role to receive, stock, and manage dietary supplies. You will verify HACCP standards, maintain temperatures, and assist with inventory in a hospital kitchen environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, with data interpretation and analysis skills; on-site duties emphasize safety, cleanliness, and accurate record-keeping in relation to food and supplies.

Competenze

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with HACCP or food safety standards is preferred.

Mansioni

• Receive supply orders from vendors and verify HACCP compliance and temperature control.
• Place and store food items using FIFO with proper labeling and dating.
• Maintain storerooms and coolers to meet HACCP and Life Safety standards.
• Clean storerooms, freezers, and coolers three times per week.
• Ensure safety by locating SDS, PPE, and safe chemical usage.
• Assist with inventory alongside Chefs.
• Participate in inventory processes and HACCP training where applicable.
• Gather and deliver floor stocks to outpatient areas as needed.
