Qualifications

• Associate's degree in related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in an entrepreneurial environment with communications and recordkeeping.
• Teaching and/or volunteer leadership and volunteer management experience.
• Ability to perform varied warehouse tasks and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Salesforce, and basic website content.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSA Farm Share and volunteer scheduling, packing, and distribution.
• Oversee Food Hub logistics, SOPs, records, and audits for food safety.
• Support Farm to School programming, outreach, and partner engagement.
• Train and supervise volunteers and interns; manage community outreach.
