Job summary

New Entry Sustainable Farming Project seeks a Food Hub Program Coordinator to manage CSA packing and distribution, coordinate warehouse logistics, and support Food Hub operations in Beverly, MA. This grant-funded, two-year position emphasizes hands-on operations, supervision of volunteers, and community outreach.

You will oversee customer service, data recording, and food safety compliance while promoting Farm to School initiatives and farmer training programs.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in related discipline required.
• 3-5 years of experience in an entrepreneurial environment with communications and recordkeeping.
• Demonstrated leadership and volunteer management experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA Farm Share and Volunteer Coordination including packing and distribution.
• Coordinate Food Hub logistics in the warehouse and support SOPs and logs.
• Track metrics, support surveys and reporting for program evaluation.
• Provide training and technical assistance to beginning farmers for wholesale access.
• Engage in community outreach and Farm to School programming to boost engagement.
