Picklehall, LLC invites applications for a Food Hall Host to warmly welcome guests and guide them through tap cards, payments, and app-based ordering in our vibrant food hall. You will help guests navigate vendors, ensure safety, and keep the space clean and inviting while supporting staff with service tasks.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interactions, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience in hospitality, food hall, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with point-of-sale or app-based ordering systems.
• Friendly, outgoing, and positive guest service mindset.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful completion of a background check, as permitted by law.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and provide a positive food hall experience.
• Assist guests with tap cards, payments, and app ordering.
• Check IDs for tap card issuance and related processes.
• Help guests understand and troubleshoot app-based ordering systems.
• Support guest adherence to facility policies and food hall expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and inviting food hall environment.
• Assist bussers and staff with cleaning or guest service tasks.
• Document and report incidents or safety concerns.
