Qualifications

• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Growth mindset: curious, willing to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Treat all guests equally and respectfully; deliver food and beverages accordingly.
• Initiate conversations with customers and provide personalized attention.
• Display a positive demeanor and enthusiasm for a child-friendly environment.
• Use sound judgment in challenging service situations; involve a supervisor when needed.
• Manage special requests and birthday information accurately and timely; assist with events.
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper labeling/storage; avoid cross-contamination.
• Know local/state health sanitation laws and follow company safety guidelines.
