Responsibilities

• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served to guests.
• Ensure orders reach tables quickly and accurately.
• Pass orders to kitchen staff and inspect dishes for quality and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with food runners and servers to deliver orders.
• Maintain fast and smooth workflow between servers and kitchen.
• Follow plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
• Close the station properly and follow closing checklist.
• Attend scheduled meetings and offer improvement ideas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager-on-duty or Chef.
