Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served to guests.
• Ensure orders reach tables quickly and accurately.
• Pass orders to kitchen staff and inspect dishes for quality and presentation.
• Communicate effectively with food runners and waitstaff to ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Maintain fast and smooth workflow between servers and kitchen.
• Follow plate presentation and garnish setup standards for all dishes.
• Close the Expo station per closing checklist.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute improvement ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
