Huntsville Levity Live is seeking energetic Food and Drink Runners to join our team in Huntsville, AL. You will support bartenders, servers, and staff to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Role requires strong teamwork, outstanding communication, high-energy, and the ability to stay on your feet for long shifts. Night, weekend, and holiday hours are common, with a tipped compensation structure based on performance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in restaurants or clubs.
• ServSafe Food Handler and TIPS or LEAD Certificate required where applicable.
• Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and maintain professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hospitality and top-notch guest service.
• Coordinate with bartenders and servers to keep service stations set, maintained and cleared.
• Ensure alcohol service complies with age requirements.
• Expo food, drinks, and items as indicated by the ticket.
• Listen to guest needs and quickly obtain what is needed.
• Assist in showroom maintenance and assist with breakdowns.
• Offer feedback to improve service when issues arise.

Huntsville Levity Live is looking for energetic and outgoing Food and Drink Runners to join the team. Before you apply, take a look at the job duties below:

Job Duties

• Have a passion for true hospitality!
• Must love taking care of all guests! We strive to create a memorable experience for all patrons, so top-notch customer service is a must.
• Say yes, thank you, my pleasure, or allow me 1000 times per shift!
• Partner with bartenders, servers, and anyone else to ensure service stations are set-up, maintained, and broken down correctly.
• Make sure anyone who is ordering alcohol is old enough to legally partake.
• Expo food, drinks, and other items as indicated by the ticket (usually all at the same time)!
• Listen to guest needs and quickly obtain what is needed.
• Be attentive to whether a guest needs to find transportation home due to alcohol intake and inform appropriate members of management.
• Maintain the showroom and clear as needed.
• Give us suggestions on how to enhance service whenever a breakdown is identified, we want to hear from you frequently!

Minimum Qualifications

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork!
• Friendly, outgoing, and excellent communication skills!
• Ability to work flexible hours, especially nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• 1 or more years of experience in restaurants or clubs.
• ServSafe Food Handler and TIPS or LEAD Certificate ensuring compliance with any county or state requirements.
• Consistently demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Can stand and or walk for an 8-10-hour shift.

This is a tipped position.
