Job summary

PrideNow is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for a Cabot, VT campus in the food and dairy manufacturing sector. You will lead environmental, health, and safety programs, promote safe work practices, and partner with operations to mitigate hazards.

Responsibilities include incident investigations, regulatory audits, training, and KPI reporting while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, HR, and operations to drive safety and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and requirements.
• Lead safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct new-hire safety orientation and annual training per regulations.
• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards and lead incident investigations.
• Coordinate audits, regulatory inspections, and environmental programs.
• Support workers' compensation management and return-to-work programs.
