Walmart in Pierre, SD seeks a results-driven leader to guide store operations and develop hourly associates. You will recruit, train, and mentor teams, set clear expectations, and champion the Open Door Policy while ensuring exceptional customer service and store performance.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, applying EDLP/EDLC business models, monitoring inventory and shrink, and partnering with leadership to achieve sales and profit goals.

Qualificações

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and develops teams by teaching and feedback, and communicates goals across store operations.
• Drives store financials by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer service excellence by modeling OBW service standards and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote a culture of belonging.
