Walmart in Sulphur, OK seeks a dynamic leader to oversee store operations and develop teams by teaching, training and listening to associates. You will drive customer service excellence, manage merchandising, budgeting and action plans to improve profitability, and ensure compliance with policies through Open Door guidance.

You will hire, coach and empower hourly staff, foster belonging, and integrate community initiatives while delivering results aligned with Walmart's values and EDLP/EDLC

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings and assessments.
