Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms: successful completion of CBC and firearms training where applicable.
• Housekeeping: attendance at required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and coaching.
• Ensure customer service standards and EDLP/EDLC execution across the store.
• Monitor store financials, budgeting, and expenses to meet sales goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement store initiatives and adhere to Walmart values.
