Walmart in Florence, KY seeks a Store Leader to drive sales, service, and team development. You will supervise hourly associates, hire and mentor, and manage merchandising, inventory, and store operations to meet goals and uphold Walmart values.

Competenze

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of CBC and Firearms training requirements.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback; set expectations and guide store operations.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
