The role emphasizes data-informed decision making, inventory control, and strategy execution, with opportunities to influence community outreach and associate development through strong leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete job trainings and assessments.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruits to meet staffing needs.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports ethics and integrity across the organization.
