Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Attending and completing job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively; teaches training and provides feedback to associates; drives store operations and customer service standards.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses; ensures merchandise presentation and inventory flow.
• Opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, setting expectations, recognizing achievements, and promoting a culture of belonging.
