Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms/Background check requirements may apply for certain facilities; onboarding trainings are required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Drives the store’s financial performance by reviewing PL statements and managing budgets.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruits to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs while promoting continuous learning.
