Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Aufgaben

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, providing feedback, and guiding store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensures customer needs and complaints are resolved, promotes customer service initiatives, and maintains high standards of integrity and compliance.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, promoting a belonging mindset and recruiting qualified staff.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and supports plans and initiatives.
