Yamibuy in Brea, CA is seeking a Category Specialist to support and grow our food categories with a strong focus on pricing execution, promotion planning, brand development, and category strategy. You will own pricing plans, monitor performance, and help shape product sourcing and onboarding.

The role requires an ownership mindset, solid business understanding, data-driven decision making, and familiarity with Korean and Japanese food brands is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have ownership mindset and business understanding.
• Data analysis skills are required.
• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree preferred in Business/Marketing.

Responsabilités

• Execute pricing and promotion plans, including price updates and post-promotion tracking.
• Support category and brand development, including SKU assortment maintenance and product lifecycle tracking.
• Assist with product sourcing and onboarding, including supplier coordination and item setup.
• Track and analyze sales, margins, inventory, and promotions to support daily category operations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity and summarize findings for the team.
• Ensure timely progress of tasks with attention to detail.
