Native American Rehabilitation Assoc. of the NW is seeking a Food Box Delivery Coordinator in Gresham, OR. This hybrid role covers in-office coordination and field deliveries across the Portland metro area, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

You will manage food pantry orders, inventory, housing referrals, and client records while upholding safety and HIPAA standards. The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and experience with route planning and vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• Oregon Food Handler Card required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, staff and partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background/DMV checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food pantry services, including preparing food orders and stocking shelves.
• Maintain inventory and ensure food safety standards.
• Deliver local orders to NARA clients and plan efficient routes.
• Communicate with Housing Program staff about referrals and delivery needs.
• Schedule and complete deliveries across the Portland metropolitan area and sites.
• Operate agency vehicles and perform routine vehicle inspections.

This position serves as a key liaison between the Food Pantry and HUD Housing Program, ensuring clients receive timely food assistance and related support services.
