NARA Northwest is seeking a Senior Behavioral Health Operations Manager to lead performance, quality, and compliance across Behavioral Health programs. You will partner with the Chief Behavioral Health Officer and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and ensure grant deliverables meet funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Business, Psychology).
• Seven years of progressively responsible leadership in behavioral health or healthcare.
• Five years of grant-funded program experience.
• Experience developing performance metrics and dashboards.
• Experience with program evaluation, outcomes measurement, and regulatory/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Behavioral Health performance dashboards.
• Monitor productivity, access, engagement, retention, and discharge outcomes.
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and report to leadership.
• Monitor and manage grant-funded programs and deliverables (~$16M).
• Partner with Finance and Revenue Cycle to track financial performance.
• Lead strategic planning with Executive Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational barriers and implement corrective action plans with Compliance and QA teams.
