Responsibilities

• Direct Warehouse Associates on day-to-day duties.
• Pre-event setup and post-event breakdown of locations and concessions portables.
• Perform cleaning of concessions equipment and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and product safeguarding practices.
• Stock concession locations before, during and after events.
• Secure all product at conclusion of events.
• Remove waste from locations.
• Carry out special projects as required.
