Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Manage Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, pricing and signing processes.
• Lead a team of experts in operations, accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee pick, pack and ship fulfillment where applicable to guest orders.
• Plan workload and staffing to meet business priorities.
• Regularly check in with your team to ensure task completion.
• Monitor GM backroom and sales floor areas and address gaps.
• Lead workload planning for GM areas including transitions and promotions.
• Develop and coach your team to elevate skills and performance.
• Foster a guest-obsessed culture with a focus on service and safety.
