Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader Food & Beverage Sales (Assistant Manager Grocery) at our Olathe, KS store to drive total store sales, manage a busy Food & Beverage area, and deliver guest-first service with food safety and quality.

You will lead a team of hourly associates, plan workloads, schedule shifts, mentor staff, and partner with vendors to maintain inventory and pricing, while upholding Target's Brand Standards.

Qualifications
