Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in New Jersey to manage daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team. You will coordinate tasks, ensure safety standards, and execute pricing and promotions to support store goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a fresh, in-stock environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Ensures every team member is trained and consistently delivers on Target’s guest experience commitments and standards.
• Lead a guest-focused Food & Beverage team to achieve department and store sales goals.
• Maintain strong inventory management and food safety standards across the department.
• Coach and develop team members through training, feedback, and team huddles.
