East West Hospitality, managing The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO, is seeking Food & Beverage Support Team Members to keep service flowing and ensure guests have a polished, welcoming experience on-site.

You will work across Colletta and the Lobby Bar, supporting servers and bartenders. This fast-paced role requires staying on your feet, carrying trays, and collaborating with a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• We require a strong work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
• Candidates should be able to stay on their feet for long periods and carry trays and plates of varying sizes.
• Ability to work well in a team and support dining room operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while keeping service flowing.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests throughout each shift.
• Reset and prepare tables so every guest walks into a polished, welcoming space.
• Support bartenders with stocking, glassware, bar setup, and maintaining an efficient work area.
• Anticipate what the team needs and jump in wherever you're needed to keep operations moving.
