Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking a Room Attendant to uphold luxury standards in a busy urban hotel. You will clean guest rooms, manage supplies, and coordinate with the team to ensure flawless guest experiences.

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.04 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match. Evening/weekend shifts may apply; application due by 10/13/2026.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of a specific area of the hotel. Communicates quality to supervisor and relays needed coaching for team members to management.
• Monitors each Room Attendant's daily progress and communicates needs to management. Inspects completed rooms to assure that all standards have been met. When standards have been missed, brings employee back to room to correct the deficiency. Coordinates work orders in assigned section. Follows up to be sure work is completed. Releases checkout rooms to be sold.
• Assures that there are sufficient supplies on the guest floors. Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets.
• Complies with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
