Pyramid Global Hospitality invites an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the McArthur's Restaurant team at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will help manage daily operations and uphold service standards.

The role requires at least two years as a server with leadership experience; food safety certifications are preferred. The property offers a dynamic hospitality environment and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• At least 2 years as a server; prior leadership preferred.
• Food Handler Certification, TIPS Certification, ServSafe preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day management of McArthur's Restaurant.
• Supervise service quality, cleanliness, opening/closing, supplies.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Assist in training and scheduling.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and emergency readiness.
