Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Houston to lead daily operations of dining outlets and services, ensuring quality, guest satisfaction, and staff performance in line with HHM standards. The role includes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining safety and sanitation across outlets.

The candidate should have at least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting, knowledge of bar service, liquor controls, and preferably experience with Micro POS.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls is required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in restaurant or banquet setting is required.
• Experience with Micro’s point of sale system strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform to HHM standards and values.
• Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction in F&B outlets, ensuring consistent, appealing food quality.
• Ensure the restaurant and F&B services comply with sanitation and safety standards for guests and associates.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
• Perform service functions during periods of high volume or staffing shortages.
• Assist with maintaining par levels and inventories of food and beverage supplies.
• Ensure staff abides by all state, federal and corporate alcohol-serving requirements.
• Ensure equipment is in working order; report malfunctions and follow up on repairs.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
