Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with casino operations is a plus.

Responsibilities
