Job summary

Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa in Young Harris, Georgia, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations and develop team members in a premier mountain resort setting.

You will ensure high-level service, manage staff, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll be an important part of our hospitality team. You'll help lead daily operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest receives the high level of service that makes Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa a premier destination.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate food & beverage team members
• Supervise daily restaurant and beverage operations
• Deliver consistently exceptional guest service
• Train and develop team members to meet hospitality standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders
• Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining areas
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and concerns
• Partner with management to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability
