Marriott Pittsburgh City Center is seeking an energetic professional to assist the Outlet Manager in coordinating operations for the Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, maintain service standards, and support financial goals.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, maintaining beverage service quality, and adhering to liquor regulations while collaborating with the restaurant manager on events and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage sidework.

Responsibilities

• Assist Outlet Manager in planning and managing the Restaurant, Room Service and other outlets.
• Monitor service standards and supervise servers and buspersons.
• Communicate daily with restaurant manager about events and guest counts.
• Ensure adherence to state, federal and corporate liquor requirements.
