Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support the Manager in daily unit operations, floor management, and guest service excellence. The role focuses on food, beverage, equipment, and property areas to drive financial goals and company initiatives.

The incumbent will cultivate a team environment, train hourly staff, and lead with a strong service mindset to ensure staff perform at high levels and guests receive exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in related management required.
• Food Safety Certified a plus.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; be a capable team leader; problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and address complaints per customer service standards.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of dining areas, cashier stations, and food stations to uphold quality standards.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review, and direct unit staff; train hourly staff for peak performance.
• Maintain a safe facility environment and report safety or quality issues to the Manager.
