White Lodging is seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader in Austin, TX to oversee daily restaurant activities, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. The role emphasizes staffing, service quality, and compliance with health standards.

You will manage inventory, payroll, and training initiatives to build a capable, motivated team while maintaining superior service and safety outcomes for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and organizational ability to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment.
• Passion for service excellence and ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, associates, and management teams.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a cited standard and preferred credential.
