Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor (Outlets & Banquets) to oversee daily food and beverage operations in our Austin outlets and banquet services. You will lead and train restaurant staff, ensure compliance with safety standards, and coordinate banquet events to uphold guest satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling oversight, and a focus on delivering exceptional service while maintaining cost controls and quality across outlets and banquets.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Experience coordinating banquet events.
• Ability to manage scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Coaching and training restaurant staff.
• Assisting in managing scheduling.
• Run banquets as captain to ensure smooth and successful events.
