Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a banquet service team member to assist in set-up, serve guests, and tear down events at our hotel venues. You will maintain room cleanliness, handle equipment, and help ensure timely, smooth banquets with a strong emphasis on customer service.

The role requires physical stamina to carry full trays and the ability to work with event staff to execute layouts and service flows across multiple events per day.

Qualifications

• Must provide high level of professional customer service.
• Assist in set-up procedures to ensure room design is executed correctly.
• Maintain a timeline of events to ensure seamless service.
• Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
• Provide set up, service and tear down of each scheduled event.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Banquet Captains and Food and Beverage Leadership to execute successful banquets onsite at the hotel.
• Maintain inventory of service items and equipment and communicate needs.
• Collaborate on buffet set up, drink stations and snack tables for each event as needed.
• Organize work area and storage area.
• Respond promptly and courteously to requests.
