Valor is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to oversee the operation of all food & beverage outlets, bars, and banquets for The Keep golf course. This role emphasizes delivering quality service while meeting financial goals and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing scheduling and purchasing, coordinating with catering and convention services, and performing Manager-on-Duty duties as required to ensure guest

Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing for the department, hiring and terminations of associates all in a fiscally responsible manner.
