Ascent Hospitality is seeking a qualified hospitality leader to join as Food & Beverage Supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of food & beverage outlets: A La Carte (in-room dining), Southern Chop, Barrel Room, M Club & Starbucks.
  • Training and supervising restaurant staff.
  • Handling administrative duties and paperwork.
  • Upholding company and brand standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Organizing and prioritizing work, delegating tasks.
  • Directing service on the floor, reflecting hotel and brand culture.
  • Managing supplies, inventory, and ordering needs.
  • Maintaining safety programs for staff and guests.
  • Ensuring employee appearance aligns with company image.
  • Promoting core values and ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Managing cash handling and POS operations.
  • Teaching professional service techniques.
  • Maintaining clean and safe work areas.
  • Completing requisitions and inventory procedures.
  • Addressing food, beverage, and employee concerns.
  • Communicating financial, inventory, and personnel information.

Skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to follow instructions and apply common sense.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Cost management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and delegate effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, handle chemicals, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Required certifications: food handler’s card, alcohol service.
  • Previous food & beverage and supervisory experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
