Job summary

Hyatt Regency Dallas seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our outlets with a hands-on, guest-focused approach. You’ll balance service execution, guest engagement, and colleague development in a fast-paced setting.

In this role, you’ll coach staff, lead by example on the floor, and ensure adherence to Hyatt standards, food safety, and service quality, while identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience and improve operations.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; quick learner of new systems.
• Ability to lift a moderate amount of weight.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bar knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets with smooth service execution.
• Coach, mentor and develop colleagues through feedback, training and hands-on leadership.
• Lead by example on the floor, supporting service and balancing guest and operational needs.

• Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly and elevate the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, sanitation and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance spaces, improve service flow and guest environment.
• Support operational initiatives, drive continuous improvement and foster a high-performing culture.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role that requires a visible presence on the floor while balancing operational execution, guest engagement, and colleague development.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor possesses strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. This position plays a significant role in the overall performance of the Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the day-to-day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient service execution.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing colleagues through ongoing feedback, training, and hands-on leadership.
• Leading by example on the floor while actively supporting the team during service and anticipating guest and operational needs.
• Upholding Hyatt's service standards and holding the team accountable for delivering exceptional hospitality and consistent execution.
• Monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving concerns promptly, and identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
• Ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
• Collaborating with leadership to identify opportunities to enhance the physical space, improve service flow, and maintain an inviting environment for guests.
• Supporting operational initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
