Job summary

Manchester Country Club in Bedford, NH, is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee dining room operations and staff. You’ll hire, train, and supervise F&B service and food production, ensuring guest expectations are met and exceeded.

As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management while delivering exceptional service, managing reservations, and supporting a fast-paced hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred. Must obtain any required local and state licenses or certifications.
• Knowledge of dining room operations required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, guests and employees both verbally and in writing. Must be able to perform basic math computations.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees.
• Motivates and directs staff members on a daily basis.
• Performs daily cash reconciliation.
• Receives and greets members and guests.
• Suggests and describes menu items; alcoholic beverages and wine to members and their guests.
• Inspects all linens daily for proper appearance.
• Inspects all tables before meal service for proper appearance.
• Handles minor member complaints and reports all other complaints to food and beverage manager or club manager.
• Assures that all safety, accident and emergency policies and procedures are in place and consistently followed.
• Assures that opening and closing duties are performed by service staff.
• Manages guest reservations.
• Assists with food and beverage service, if needed.
• Attends staff meetings and pre-shift line-up meetings.
• Assists in preparing work schedules for dining room personnel.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor (F&B Supervisor) is a key member of the management team and is responsible for the oversight of food and beverage operations at the property. This includes the hiring, training and supervising of all related F&B service and food production staff. The F&B Supervisor will apply all of their experience and knowledge to assuring that the wants and needs of guests are consistently met and/or exceeded.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary:

Responsible for the supervision of all dining room service personnel. Assures a high level of hospitality and service from all personnel. Makes certain that the appearance and cleanliness of dining room is of the highest standard. Assures that guest expectations are consistently exceeded.
