Job summary

Action Property Management in Sacramento, CA is seeking a reliable Steward to join our Food & Beverage team at a premier resort-style residential community. You will help maintain a clean, organized dining environment, assist kitchen and bar staff, and support daily operations to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, a keen eye for detail, stamina for a fast-paced setting, and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, resorts, or food service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physically active duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and food prep areas.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Support kitchen and bar staff with setup, breakdown, and daily operations.
• Keep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with special events and resident dining experiences.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
