Action Property Management is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations at a premier, large-scale residential community in Sacramento, CA. You’ll oversee kitchen, bar, and dining services, and build high-performing teams focused on exceptional guest experiences.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes elevating service standards, managing budgets, and delivering personalized, memorable resident experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive food and beverage experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience leading food and beverage teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, inventory management, and cost controls.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing hospitality teams.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational performance.
• Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and applicable alcohol service requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including kitchen, bar, and resident dining services.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of kitchen, bar, and service staff, fostering a culture of hospitality and accountability.
• Establish and maintain elevated service standards, operational procedures, and quality expectations.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, sanitation, health, and alcohol service regulations.
• Build strong relationships with residents, proactively addressing feedback and enhancing their overall experience.
• Collaborate with the Director of Resident Experience to develop innovative dining experiences, special events, and resident programming.
• Monitor operational performance, control costs, and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
