Action Property Management is seeking Kitchen & Bar Team Members for a premier, resort-style residential community in Sacramento, CA. You will prepare meals, craft beverages, and provide warm, attentive service to residents and guests, while maintaining clean kitchen and bar areas and upholding safety standards.

We value 2+ years in hospitality, food prep or beverage service, and strong customer service. California Food Handler Card and RBS may be required within designated timeframes; Action

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality (restaurants/hotels) preferred.
• Experience in food preparation, bartending, beverage service, or dining operations.
• California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certifications may be required within stated timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established quality and presentation standards.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized hospitality to residents and guests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen and bar areas.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in restaurants, hotels, resorts, private clubs, or similar hospitality environments preferred.
• Experience in food preparation, bartending, beverage service, or dining operations.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Certifications & Requirements

• California Food Handler Card: Must obtain within 30 days of hire if required for assigned duties.
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification: Must obtain within 60 days of hire if assigned to serve alcoholic beverages at an establishment covered by California's RBS requirements.
• Must comply with all applicable food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Action will coordinate and cover required certification expenses and applicable paid training time in accordance with California law.
