Job summary

Topgolf is hiring a Service Support team member to keep the guest experience smooth by delivering food and drinks, cleaning bays, and supporting the floor. You’ll greet guests, prep beverages, and assist teammates across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A fast pace and guest-first mindset are essential.

Must be 16+ and able to obtain location licenses; Topgolf supports growth in a high-energy environment with a focus on hospitality, teamwork, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service, hospitality, or food and beverage environment preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older as required by state or local law.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location.

Responsibilities

• Support the Floor by delivering food and beverages quickly and ensuring hot/cold items arrive as expected.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages at the beverage station per brand standards.
• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcomed and cared for.
• Rotate between beverage station and floor support to keep service running smoothly.
• Clear and sanitize bays and tables; bus dishes and return to the dishwashing area.
