Job summary

Topgolf Providence is seeking a Service Support team member to help deliver food and beverages, keep bays clean, and support the floor during busy shifts. You’ll engage guests warmly, prep beverages, and assist Bay Hosts to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role requires a fast pace with flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods. 16+ years old; pay starts at $11.50/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, hospitality or food & beverage environment preferred.
• Must be 16 years of age or older as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests quickly to keep timing accurate.
• Prepare non-alcoholic beverages and assist beverage stations as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and help keep bays clean and organized.
• Support Bay Hosts and floor team to maintain smooth service.
